Are aliases used?

The case on at the moment is Kellogg vs Kitchenmaster - the first is possible but have you ever come across a Mr. Kitchenmaster? My friend Miss Tellyremote will be interested to know.

Although I enjoy the programme, one thing you need to know, as listed in the final credits:-
‘Any monetary awards made are paid out of a fund maintained by the producer’

So any loosing litigant is not paying up to $5,000 of their own money, it is their appearance fee.

Small beer, when you consider that Judith Sheindlin is reportedly paid $47 million a year for doing the show.
I knew that the producers paid the money out and I have wondered in some cases if the two parties haven't got together to get free money to share out.
I like Byrd.......;)
Was it on Family Guy where someone said, 'Judge Judy? Oh I know, that's the one where the judge gets $45 million a year to shout at poor people'.
Byrd - the bailiff is reputably paid $3.5 million last year.
@toalisi.....wow!! I think I like him even more now ;)
I'm with you Bathsheba. I like the way he is able to impose his
authority on some unruly participants.
He doesn't directly threaten them but the message is there.
@toalisi.....yep, I think that's what adds to his sex appeal ;)
