We will be watching Eurovision. I know it's a set up and a load of rubbish, but it's fun. We can watch BGT on Catchup or tomorrow.

i used to tune in occasionally - but now i have no patience for mr norton yakking all through it, with his abrasive comments
No. I will be watching britains got talent . Its the last day of the auditions today., and we will be recording the programme about large tunnels found all over the world. Should be interesting.
I will be doing exactly the same Georgiesmum, thanks for the reminder to record the tunnels programme.
exc...you could always mute Mr.Norton and listen to Mr. Bruce on Radio 2.

No. I didn`t know it was on until I heard some Spanish colleagues talking about it this morning. They were going to watch it and myself and my UK colleagues then had a discussion about the days when we used to look forward to watching it (in my early teens). Those days are long gone. The whole thing`s a joke.
When did the politcs take over?
"When did the politics take over"? When the UK got involved in the various Gulf wars.
No!!!!.Used to love it when there were only a few countries in it about thirty years ago...but now..gets really boring...only so many songs one can listen to in one go.

Hi ichkeria watch the voting tonight and you will see! in recent years the votes are political, years ago the best song won irrespective of what country it was from!
I quite like our entry, although of course it won't get many points. I love Graham Norton so will listen to his commentary on the voting later. I don't really enjoy the songs in general.
I`m sure I remember a time when the judges couldn`t see the performers. The TV viewers could see them because otherwise that would have made for very boring TV but the judges were supposed to judge the songs on their merit rather than the visuals. Has that changed?
Yeah, tis on now, I love its wonderful campness!

I also like our entry this year, though we obviously won't win, no other country likes us anymore :-(
I've tuned in but not sure if I will make it to the end though as am tired. Not heard our entry this year yet!

Just tried to get subtitles on but every time I try to do it (on Sky) it switches me to a news channel!?!?! Very strange.
In the 1960s my boss at the BBC invented the word Eurovision!
I`m watching it with my cat. She is enjoying it much more than I am though. Probably because she`s deaf.
Well, that was quite catchy, not so sure about the lyrics though!
It was fascinating viewing when Katie Boyle was in charge. Then it just got worse and worse.

(so that's a NO)
Oh God, is this the UK`s entry? How bad is that? Now I know why I haven`t watched this for 25 years.
...not quite so sure about the whole fluorescent trippy bits though...
