I can't afford the £20 Sky is charging to watch this fight live
next Sunday morning.

Will I be able to view a recording of the encounter either on
catch up or some other means?

I haven't got an answer for you, I'm afraid. But what a fight in prospect.

We all hope so.

Sometimes these blockbusters are a disappointment.
I am sure it will be available somewhere - maybe Youtube. I will probably stay up with a few snacks and some choice drinks then watch it online in the early hours.

Thanks tonyav.

I'm not sure if my limited knowledge of technology will extend
to Periscope & Meerkat!
What is the earliest time this fight could be on?
I believe they are app's that you can put on your iphone, Graudian.

Between 3 & 4 AM UK time
Nice link Tony, will be checking that out on Sat.
Thank you.
Watching via an app on a mobile phone would not be as good as a larger picture on pc or laptop.
Hope it works, mastercraft.
Sir, lucky for me... I can transport from my Samsung phone to my Samsung TV.

Thanks sir.prize

It's a pity that I am limited to one 'best answer'!
Mayweather wins... due to stoppage or on points... no knock out!

Mastercraft I'm also leaning towards Mayweather but I'm wondering
if at 38 his legs may be gone.

If only they had got it on 5 years ago when they were at their peaks.
Forget the age, Pacquiao is 36 and has been in far tougher fights. I agree the fight is 5 years too late. Mayweather just like Sugar Ray Leonard picks his fights very carefully, he didn't want Pacquiao 5 years ago.
Just another possible alternative for you:

I've just come back from my regular Sunday night visit to the pub. Getting there takes me past the local (Ipswich) Riley's Sports Bar, which is open 24 hours. I noticed a sign outside, advertising that they'll be showing the Mayweather v Pacquiao fight.

So, if there's a Riley's close to you, you could join online (for free) and then watch the fight there (assuming, of course, that all Riley's bars will be showing the fight - phone to check).
