I loved it. Friday nights are not going to be the same from now on.
The good news is that the cast & crew are just about to start filming the 3rd series. I will just have to make do with dreaming about Athos in the meantime.
I haven't watched Friday night's episode yet, but I totally agree with you, tiggs.

It has been agreed that a third series will be made.

I'm going to miss it on Friday nights as well. I've been recording it on TiVO so may have to watch it all over again for my Aramis fix.

Glad to hear a third series is being made. Yay!
Agree was very well done. Must take many months to film 10 hour-long episodes - noticed in the final one the leaves were off the trees and you could see their breath. I wonder where they are going to take the plot; I suppose first on the list will be to get Aramis out of the monastery! Oh, and we haven't had the 'back story' of Aramis and D'Artagnan.....
What is not to like - fit, hunky young men in leather, riding beautiful horses through glorious countryside. Hurry back.

There was a bit of a back story with D'Artagnan at the beginning of the first series, but yes, would love to see more about him and Aramis.

...fit, hunky young men...... agreed ;)
Best programme for ages. Calling dibs on D'artagnan!
There's a whole lotta man!!....I'm not complaining!!
My 9yr old daughter loves it... well, she loves Aramis! Kisses the Tv screen when he comes on. She is very upset it has ended.
I watched the first series but haven't bothered with the second - I prefer the original - the cast were very easy on the eye though
Loved it. Great fun! Gorgeous men in leather, fighting with swords - what more does any woman really need?
Poldark!!!!!!
Athos for me please- - - and Poldark!!
Will seriously miss it, wow! All that beef and leather! And a good story too, sheer escapism
I absolutely love this , Fridays wont be the same
