I need to buy a new set of scales which are accurate. It seems that's a big ASK but don't see why it's so difficult. I will put them on a hard tiled floor and not move them around. Anyone bought any that don't change your weight evey time you get on them?

I've got a set of Salter digital scales, had them some years and they are excellent. (My scales only change my weight when I get on them, when I've changed weight....)

The knack is that if you know your scales are (say) weighing three pounds under, you take that as your yardstick and just weigh to that weight each time.
^ sorry, that was me, not him - nibble's body weight remains boringly consistent.. :-)
It doesn't matter how hard the floor is as long as you can stand on the scales without wobbling. As long as the scales are between you and the floor they will give as good a reading as they can.
