Does anyone know what Pai Mei studies as a martial art in Kill Bill vol2?

I know he wasnt real obviously, but just wondered what martial art he was based around? Thanks

I think it's Ju Jitsu, if not its very similar so possibly Ai Kido.

Gordon Liu, who plays Pai Mei is a master in  North Shaolin-style Hong Fist kung fu. I'm not sure whether they call it that in the film though.
