I was watching Celebrity Mastermind last night. Not sure how far we can stretch the term Celebrity but I had never heard of anybody last night, apart from John Humphries of course.

But the one who won it had his hat on throughout. My mother would have made him take it off pretty quick. But why would you wear a hat indoors ?
I have worked in TV studios a few times and they are normally stifling hot, what with all the very bright lights.

Ah...sorry...I get the joke here !

Actually, the large actor chap who was in the office I did recognise, although only afterwards when I watched an episode on DVD. He was actually very funny, especially the bit where he was being given his annual appraisment by Ricky Gervias. It brought back many memories of when I worked for BT and we had to go through similar nonsense every 2 years. Wished I had been able to stonewall as good as this actor though...I think I would have had more fun !
