Does anybody know if/when there will be a new series of The Green Wing? I miss Oliver Chris! Also, it was fantastically funny- the best British comedy in ages.

At a guess i would say there must be...only because the last episode was quite literally a cliff hanger with the ambulance going over the cliff. They wouldn't leave us like that surely!

Hi, according to various forums etc the new series is out in new year 06 and the dvd from last year is out in oct 05. They started filming the second series this spring time.

I loved GW-especially mac and the excellent writing!

what i meant to say was...the dvd of last year's series is out in october....

thanks peeps. as long as I know I'm going to get more Oliver Chris in the not so distant future, I'm happy!
