Was anyone disappointed with the 'Tyrone trial'? Don't get me wrong I'm glad he's reunited with baby Ruby and Fiz. But I would have prefered to see Kirsty losing it under cross-examination than just bursting int o court and confessing.

Could anyone please help me with the name of the actress who played the prosecuting counsellor?

It was a bit of a letdown after the big build up, we had to have Sean tell the news, but I suppose it didn't drag on as some trials do, Kirsty was pathetic looking at the end.

re Sinita

I was thinking when you get arrested the cops make an inventory of your stuff before you get locked up.

Do the hospital not do this when they empty someones pockets?
I agree Mick, with soaps I think it's called poetic licence.
I have been admitted to hospital by ambulance, no one really cared what I had with me. I wasnt unconsious tho so may be different if you are.
Didn't you think it was out of place and quite insensitive of Gloria to confront Dev while he was with his dying wife and accuse her of murdering people in the fire (I know it is only a soap)
Question Author
yes, I agree with you about Gloria being insensitive. I hate the way that everybody jumps to conclusions and seem to have already found Sunita guilty.
Kirsty looked a broken woman, i nearly felt sorry for her.
The actress is Lucy Robinson, daughter of Robert Robinson. She has been in quite a few things on TV and film. (See IMBD)

Thankyou losgigs. She's been in lots of stuff hasn't she? But it was a guest appearance in 'The Thin Blue Line' that I remember her from.
I agree. it was a let down after going on for so long.
No, not disappointed at all. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was great to see him go free with Ruby and Fizz. All his doubters in the street ought to grovel at his feet now !!! Another fine performance from Kirsty. Hope she does well when she leaves the soap. I know she's appearing in Strictly later on in the year.
she played louisa's friend in doc martin .the one who played in a quartet then hurt her back in a fall
I never watched Doc Martin mally. I think the way she turns on the agression and tears is second to none !
I'm just glad its all over.
i meant the prosecuting counsellor actress lol
Ooops sorry !!

Question Author
I still thought the script writers could have come up with a better ending than kirsty just confessing. Apologies for repeating myself.
And I thought it was a good ending (also sorry to repeat myself).
yes it was a bit flat after all the weeks of build up .thought she could at least tried to thump someone in court
you can repeat yourself, it is a soap thread
