Music in TV's "Under the hammer"

Please could someone ID this track. It is used on BBC daytime programme "Under the hammer" and its the brassy/horns funky music used whenever the expert Estate agent comes to value the propery. It might have some lyrics of "keep on just keep on", but this may be separate

The song is called "Express Yourself" and is by
Charles Wright & Watts 103rd St. Rhythm Band.

Cheers for the reply, but I dont think it is. I have "Express Yourself" and dont think its that.
