TV: Has to be Game of Thrones for me, absolutely loved it and can't wait for the next series.

Film: Think the last Twilight is the only thing I've been to see at the cinema this year! Good but I prefer the books.
skyfall was ace

thought the opening ceremony for the olympics was excellent.

line of duty/sherlock holmes
TV highlight has to be the BBC's coverage of the London Olympics - it was superb.
Skyfall and Life of Pi were brilliant, tv highlights for me all centred around sport.
Wales winning another Grand Slam, Chelsea winning that dramatic final(no, I'm not a fan), Nadal losing that epic to the unknown Rosol, Murray getting to the final, loses, wins the hearts of a nation with his speech then goes on to Olympic and US Open glory. Wiggins wins the TdF and an awesome Olympic and Paralympic games.
If only the Aussies had toured this summer and we'd have inevitably beaten them it would have been perfect!
