Cheryl Cole is, apparently, suing the makers of X-Factor USA for sacking her, even though they still paid her the agreed sum for the whole series.

My impartial question is; is she right to sue or is she just being a greedy little b1tch who should just be happy that her mediocre talent has enabled her to make more money than most of us could ever dream about?

Mmm, Mr Rae. How can you be bothered to be bothered about what I'm bothered about?
I don't care what she does, it doesn't affect me.
That's right.
LOL..Arti.
Would not it be interesting if some one sues someone and loses the should be made pay what they were suing for when they loose the suage ( nice new word there weecalf )
IF it's true, I don't see why not.

I imagine her very public departure caused her massive embarrassment and could have jeopardised her career.

And supposing it's true, and that figure is given to her, there's no saying she won't donate it to a charity (probably won't mind, but still who's to know for certain?)
If she does win and on appeal she loses it will she refuse to give it back saying "No its mime "
Talented at making millions from very little actual talent. Probably suing is a chance to get more publicity? These so called superstars have brilliant agents and back room lawyers who can make them even more money.
