Sky + Fails again?

Having seen netibiza's comments below I don't recall watching the last Mount Pleasant, which we have enjoyed immensely
It seems to me that Sky+ has failed again to record the last series episode, as it did with Hawaii 50 some weeks ago
So -
What was Mount Pleasant's happy ending?
and I gather the surprise in 50 was that the code word (sorry, can't remember it) turned out to be McGarret's mother, but did Wo Fat die???
Haven't been able to get this last 50 episode on line at all.....
(and yes I should try Sky OD for Mt P)
