it's a long time since we've had a decent western on tv, Deperado was excellent but it's been years since that aired, I hope the success of this new show will bring more similar series in the genre, and also attract some decnt talent to TV.

I just fast forward thru the ads dorromay - can't abide them. (When the paralympics were on it drove Mr Q and I mad!) Looking forward to seeing Kev Costner - loved him in Robin Hood, even with the accent!
Question Author
field of dreams is my fave of his, he's looking well into character in this new show too
Loved him in Field of Dreams too dotty. Great film.
A bit off track dotty but as I've said many times on other threads Desperado is the best thing The Eagles ever did.
Question Author
yes and it was about their earliest work, i had the cassette and played it to death
quizzywig there was only one robin hood that was Errol Flynn,he was lovely.
Sorry dorromay but for me it has to be Kev on the big screen and probably Jonas Armstrong on tv - if only because Richard Armitage was amazingly attractive as Guy Gisbourne
Question Author
ooo richard armitage, wonder how tall james bond is supposed to be?
I also found him very attractive in Spooks and he was a real nasty piece of work.
Question Author
