Just been watching 'All in the best possible taste with Grayson Perry' - really interesting. (Although I am not into his style of drawing and he can only just about colour-in inside the lines.).

Excellent wasn't it? I always thought of him as a slightly mad potter, but he's someone with an artist's eye who is 'good company' on TV. His earlier show, when he travelled on a motorbike with his teddy, was equally pleasing; it looked to be some narcissistic ego trip in prospect but turned out to be amusing and interesting by turns.
Watched it last night, never been sure what to make of him before, but thought he was great. Loved the way he immersed himself in the girls' night out!
I thoroughly enjoyed it too. I think he's becoming a very good TV presenter as well as an excellent artist. Looking forward to next week's episode.

I am really looking forward to the next episodes - surprised myself by taping something I didn't think I would enjoy so much.
Recorded it for Mr Q who thought it might be interesting. After your comments can't wait to watch it. There's so little that's interesting on tv.
Oh I missed it
I enjoy him being interviewed but I have to say I find some of his dressing up a little bit strange
I watched that, very interesting I thought.
Damn, I missed it!

Grayson is great, and a very good speaker if you ever get the chance to hear him. Love his pottery more than his drawings but at least it's all good fun.
Don't know his work.....what channel was it on?

Hopefully I can colour inside the lines, though most times I do not!

Channel 4, Tuesday at 10pm - he looked at working class 'taste' last week and this week it's middle class 'taste'.
Does anyone else think that Tracy Emmin is a complete waste of space & she's managed to con thousands of pounds out of gullible art collectors....Emperors new clothes and all that....
Question Author
Good grief, it looks like hard work being 'middle class' (just watching last night's episode) think the stress would do me in. (Thought some of them were pretty horrible actually.)
carrust I couldn't agree more. She always looks like she needs a good wash.
