After gina32's earlier question I decided to post this. Yes I KNOW soaps arent real lol, this is just a bit of fun. Feel free tyo add your own.

!. EE - Bianca and kids have NO food and are starving, yet her mother seems to not notice this and is in the pub having G and T's.
2. The second Bianca is arrested, everbody seems to be eating well and having no money worries(??)
3.Carol has managed to find flat near Bianca, and get kids into a new school, all within a week and with no job to support them.
4. Everybody in Corrie and EE is in the pub every lunchtime and evening, when they are all on minimum wage!

Carry on........

... and the plotlines in The Archers ... well !!!

Lol, have never listed to that.
I was thinking of moving to emmerdale to take advantage of the 100% employment rate:)
Question Author
lol Celtic. Its like EE, you can get the sack, and find a new job all within the hour. The new male chef in The Queen Vic, only wondered in on the off chance,he was cooking within the hour and running the pub a week later as cover - absolutely ridiculous.
Some of the tiny houses on Corrie have at times accommodated so many family members/guests- eg Eileen's house, Gail's house.

Why do they pop to the cafe for a cup of tea instead of going home?

Why is it so easy to get a new job behind the bar/in the factory?
How could a small area in which only around 20 people are ever seen support a cafe, a pub, the bistro and a lap dancing club?

I like Corrie though.
why does everyone go to the laundrette?

its years since i watched EE so i'm assuming this is still the case with Dot and her ever present fag running the show?
I'm waiting for Emily Bishop to have a steamy affair with Terry Duckworth.
Question Author
lol.
In EE what do they watch on tv at 7.30pm on a thursday? : )

Why in Corrie is scary Mary allowed to permanently live in a campervan on the street?

Who on earth looks after Fiz's baby when she is in the pub?
Nobody owns a washing machine in Eastenders .
Question Author
Exactly, and launderettes cost a fortune!
haven't watched in for years but in eastenders if anyone is having a moment of despair/breakdown/crying fit they all have do it in the public garden in the square and not in the privacy of their own home.
LOL Smowball, you forgot in no. 4 that they all go to Roys Rolls for breakfast as well!!!
I love the fact that no one ever swears when they are having a blazing row.
yes, there would never be enough room in eileen's!

*knows it's not real*
My all time favourite Corrie storyline was when Status Quo turned up in the Street, stopped by at Audrey's salon and were so impressed with Candice's hair-cutting skills they hired her as their personal hair stylist.

Or did I dream that?
yes, and les as a roadie ...
also i am amazed that only the neighbours get invited to any weddings, but not the actual family (who never seem to appear)! x
Oh yes, cath, I forgot about Les. So I didn't make it up then.
Question Author
Oh, and everybody has everybody mobile number stored in their mobile fones, even characacters that they never speak to.
and they never watch TV ...
