Just watched the very first episode of Midsomer murders. Please can someone
tell me if the same actress played Cully Barnaby since it first aired years ago?

All the other old episodes I have watched were in wide-screen format, but I recorded this one and it defaulted to letterbox format, which really dates it. I did not realise that it started way back in 1997.
