Did anyone spot the mysterious disappearance of the £50,000 on last nights episode?

Must have missed that,as indeed I have missed every episode since it started.
Cannot stand that drip Edmunds.
We spotted that and I predicted 'well that means the £50,000 will be the next one out'.. and hey poncho.. it was... FIX!!!

I recorded it and have the clip on my phone, just trying to find out how to transfer it onto here for you to see.
Poor old Noel he needs all the money he can get ,after loosing the two court cases a few weeks back.
I watched it the later stages and didn't notice anything, but maybe yhe £50000 had already gone at that point
Are you saying the £50000 disappeared off the board at some point without any mention.
I can't work out how that fits with hippyhoppy's comment "well that means the £50,000 will be the next one out'.. and hey poncho.. it was... "

The woman was offered £35,000 whilst she was debating whether to accept it or not there was a shot of the money screen, when that shot went back to her you could plainly see the £50,000 go, then it came back.

She refused the £35,000 and her next box she picked had the £50,000 in it.
Excuse the quality of the video and keep an eye on it at about 4 seconds in but don't blink or you will miss it.

I see. So is it being suggested that the person who updates the board somehow knew that the box she would pick next would have £50000 in and he got a little ahead of himself and temporarily blanked out the £50000 box too early. And does that suggest some sort of fix?
Aren't these programmes regulated?
//after loosing the two court cases// Sorry to be pedantic in a mo but do you mean losing ?
You know she did...so why apologise for being pedantic when that was your intention?
LOL @daftgrandad - same for me!..I find Edmunds very creepy. :-(

Factor 30 even if the person who updates the board knew what was in that box how did they know what number the woman was going to pick next? she had not even picked her next number at the time.
This has happened before, apparently - looks like a post-production problem -

I guess it would depend on whether it occurred on the board in the studio, or on the overlay they add later.

Does that mean there is no overlay in a live game ? Must do I suppose.
I would guess it was just a mistake. Of course there is at least one person who knows how much is in each box but that doesn't really mean a thing as they would have no idea what number box she would be about to pick.
Hi Lambert-Butler (sounds very formal)- yes, exactly-that would have been my next point. I was really referring to hippyhoppy's view it was a fix, and some posters on here in previous threads have suggested the show is fixed.
I am sure it was simply a post-production editing error or a technical or human error with the board
I'm sure it would simply be an editing error.

Hi Lambert-Butler (sounds very formal)- sounds like a packet of cigarettes to me.

I still cant see how it could be a post-production editing error or a technical or human error with the board. She had not even picked her next number when it disappeared.
