Heir Hunters - Tim Rose

I happened to catch this programme and they were trying to find the heirs to a Tim Rose.

I remembered him and this song from the 60's and he wrote Hey Joe that Jimi Hendrix had a massive hit with. he was a "nearly" man apparently and died in 2002.

I saw the programme chrissa and wondered the same but, they said he had arranged it not wrote it, is there any difference?

There was another song that was mentioned, It was a big hit also which I forget now.
