Can anybody remember a film about a young boy who believes hes from the moon/out of space/mars?
It was a film I watched when I was small but Im not sure of the name or when it was made.
I remember three scenes in particular:
- a scene where he looks into the back of a teachers head and sees a couple of eyes appear myteriously.
- a scene in a graveyard where he imagines a hand coming out of one of the tombs, forcing it open from the inside.
- a scene where he communicates with stars/the moon at night by using a toy torch that illuminates different colours.
Don't know this one, but if it was the 70's, it could be a 'Childrens Film Foundation' film-I do remember one called Kadoing, or similar, which COULD be the one you mention, but the late Roy Castle was the star, (before Record Breakers) I don't think he was a boy.It was one(of many i saw) shown on,satruday morning-just for kids-they were the days-very noisy though. Put Childrens Film Foundation on Google search then try youtube if you find it
Pronounced ka doy ing I think, I Googled Roy Castle, but nothing there-he wore jumpsuit with hood and had antennas.so probably sunk to realms of obscurity, he could have been embaressed about it (but DIDN'T imagine it) as it was a short/simple film, prob the one before what we went to see
