Think she has an allowance, read somewhere that she hasnt a stylist in her personnal life but she does for Countdown. I do think sometimes her outfits show off her big bottom and not in a good way

IMO sometimes her outfits fail to show off her bottom, and that's not such a good way. A slender lass like her benefits from showing off all the feminine curves she can.
