Hi there,
I am really confused & hope someone can help me, I have previously undergone an Enhanced CRB Check, which showed up previous cautions from being a bit of a rowdy teenager, I have always declared these even though they are spent. However last year my boyfriend rented out his house to a friend of a friend, long story short they had a cannabis factory set up, it was proven it was nothing to do with him , but they were given my address as his home address-which it wasn't but he does stay with me a few nights a week, the had a warrant to search my home, which I gave them permission to do anyway, I don't remember being cautioned & I didn't have to go to the station, they took nothing from my house but I did have to sign a piece of paper to say they had carried out a search & found nothing, will this show up onmy next Enhanced CRB check, which is currently in the system?
Thanks

It depends on what you are apply to do.

An enhanced CRB check includes information that senior police officers believe would be relevant to the application; a friend had many unsubstantiated and untrue claims made by his ex-wife mentioned - it was made clear what they were (unsubstantiated claims) but the police believed the school should be made aware of them.
In my friend's case the school ignored the comments as they were from many years ago and his ex-wife had no relationship with the school.

I can't see how your situation would be relevant to a school, youth club, or similar so I really wouldn't worry about it.
