Just wondering how many numbers you have? I'd say not because it's data you have probably given freely. Companies just love to store personal info and subject to their privacy statement share it with other parties. Even if you ask a company not to contact you by phone they may comply but it's difficult to see how you could get them to delete your number once they have it.
I'd have a look at the Information Commisioners website as my answer is just an opinion

Thanks for the answer. The company in question have 2 numbers.1 home 1 mobile.
They were given to them when we had a problem and they needed to contact us.
Now they think they can do as they please.
