My sister has agreed that I care for her niece under a Special Guardianship Order.

We have a "Directions Appointment" next week. I have no solicitor and just wonder what to expect from this appointment?

Can the order be granted on this date since we both agree to what we want? Or will it be adjourned to a future date? What will happen? The Social Worker has created his report. Many thanks.
