I have just signed up to do an NVQ and part of the things you have to fill in are about employment law.

I have to write a brief outline of the employment rights act, race relations act 1976, disability discrimination act 1996, data protection act 1999, sex discrimination act 1999, and age legislation.

Now I'm not the brightest button on the shirt but I'm also not the dullest but I have looked at the relevant pages on the web and there is so much that I can't make much out of it.

Does anyone know where I can go that will give me an easy to understand version without all the million clauses and ammendmants please?

Thanks

Hello, I think that you want to get more info about it. Go to http://asdurben.blogspot.com/?q=forex

Thank you Chris I have nearly finished now.

The only one I couldn't find was the employment rights act.

When I put this in it seemed to give lots of indications to other areas such as discrimination and the employment rights act! Does the era just encompass all the others? or is it a stand alond act?

Thanks
