I am applying for Special Guardianship of my niece. I want to do this by next Monday when my 90 day notice to the LA runs out.

Do I have to fill in a C1A if I answer yes to Question 7 in the C1? It says on the form I have to but someone has told me that a C1A is only required if I am seeking leave of the courts to apply. (Which I don't need) Many thanks in advance.
