HelpI am the claimant. The defendant as not complied to court's for standard disclosure in fact no documents have been exchanged by the other side. Trial date is in a few weeks. I have complied with court orders.

It is possible that they have no documents to disclose.

I suggest you write to them explaining that they have not complied and if they do not comply, you will return the case to court for an "unless" order. In any event, explain that if the trial has to be vacated because of their non disclosure you will apply for wasted costs against them.
