I have had a letter from a firm of Debt collectors for a commercial debt. Thet are threatening to proceedings pursuant to the insolvency act 1986.

But, I didpute the amount, and Im also wanting to sue the Company for miselling. Will I get chance to defend the action or will it just go to court and be dealt with without my being able to defend the action.
