No Guarantees - confused?

Sorry, I asked this question last week, but am a little confused. The Band that done the track No Guarantees was TNT, but I can only find it released by them in 1999. I definately heard it late eighties / early nineties - (on an episode of Miami Vice) so maybe it is not TNT? One of the lyrics is....'No guarantees in the western world' . Any clues?

Just to let you know I found it! It was by a band called the Nobodys from the Album 'No Guarantees'
