Property Party Wall?

I have a property question, which I hope can be answered in this forum. Both mine and my neighbours deeds have T marks on the boundary but the wording says in each doc "own and maintain" there is no indication of party wall. Could the land reg have got it wrong? My property was built some 5 yrs before my neighbours. Thankyou.

Are we talking about the same boundary here?
I am not an expert but the property could have been built before the Party Wall act came into force. And yes, a small percentage of land register entries are wrong, but it is possible to rectify the Register.
