l was first offendered shoplifing when 18 and being ended up with a fixed penalty ..my DNA ,fingerprint and photograph have been logged on the PNC (police nation computer)...will this come up in the Criminal Records Bureau check ...??? plz help..l'm a Year 2 pharmacy student.......thx a lot !!!!!!!!!!!!

The answer is more likely to be Yes than know, although it may depend on the type of check

but the police said a penalty notice is not a conviction or criminal record...........o......
as far as i am aware, in an advanced crb check, anything held about you can come up - even unsubstantiated allegations recorded against you, plus any arrests etc. It would be wise of you to find out now whether you would be able to join your chosen profession with this on yourrecord, as it would be better that doing all the training and then finding out you cant do it!

does it mean l have to change branch next year........????or the information will only come up with an ADVANCED one but not a general one...l mean unless it is really necessary...l won't be checked with an advanced one....
