Ive posted on here a few times regarding a land reg dispute, we had the hearing back in March and because time ran out each party had to serve their final submissions by a certain date, which we did then the Adjudicator would make his decision. We are still waiting for this it has now been 12 weeks since the Adjudicator received everything. Does this not seem a long time, my solicitor has phoned and asked when we can expect the decision and they just say 'soon'. Do these things normally take this length of time, I suppose it was quite in depth.
