My husband is in Breach of Court Order of 1999. I am now a pensioner on Housing Benefit/Council Tax. The total amount owing is for 64,000. I will go bankrupt. I am a sitting tenant/full repairing (18 years). Lived here in the house 36 years. He has property, and lives the high life. I have no employment. I supported him/firm family I had no particular qualifications. The Court Order will be reviewed in 2009 and he will prove poverty, or though this is far from the truth. He is a Surveyor. Partner in firm for 40 years. He has set up on his own and uses this as the reason for complete proverty. He specialises in Insolvency for Banks. Consequently knows where to hide things!... Can you help me please.
