Can anyone please tell me who would have access to another person's will?

That depends on where it is stored.A copy of mine is in my home filing cabinet but the actual will is securely stored with a will making company.
If it's gone to Probate, anyone has access to it - it's a public document.

Prior to that, the writer of the will (if still alive), or (if dead) his executors have access. They can show it to anyone they choose - or not show it, if they prefer not to.
