Car Crash Compensation.

Hello all,

A few months back i had a car crash which was my fault, luckily wasn't too serious. Anyways one of the passengers in the car got injured (slight whiplash) and i heard from a friend that the passenger may claim compensation. I was wondering if anyone knew how this would affect me if at all?

if they went to hopital after the accident and also if it was reported to the police and if your insurance company have the claim then they will be able to claim from your insurance. If you have claim protection then you will not lose all of your bous but your premium next renew will go up
