Can you copy skyplus to another storage device

Hi,
I have several recordings on my skyplus box that I havn`t erased after watching them because I would like to keep them.
However the storage will eventually become full and I would not be able to record anything else to watch.
Can I transfer these programmes to CD or another media.

not if the recorder is already attached

select the prog ....use left or right to change the coloured options.
red to copy.... select ... follow the message
