Is it good practice to have the only witness / officer (civilian) for the prosecution present and active during your taped "interview under caution"?

Especially if you have already expressed an objection to them being present, which I did a week prior.

Would it be deemed a little unfair when the IUC is supposed to be your chance to give your version of events, (so they tell you anyway).

How would it look in court if mentioned?
