Hi guys,
I would like to know if anyone could advise me as I am about to go bankrupt, and after the death of my father and me being diagnosed with an ilness I am desperate to keep onto my car(which is kindly being paid for by my mother, through her bank)because i need to get round because of my health. If I go bankrupt, will they take the car because the finance is in my name,or will they realise that my mum is paying it for me an i need it for my health reasons???...i dont know if its worth it but and i wouldnt like my mum to keep paying and then they take the car when its paid.Do i have some rights with this?...thanks..sherry
