I'm sole beneficiary of a Will, probate has been granted to me, someone is contesting Will. What options do I have? Do I have to defend this?
I've been given to understand I don't have any option but to defend it so have had solicitors working on my behalf. Evidence gathers is 100% in my favour and against contester but I've been sent a hefty bill from my solicitors. What can I do? Is it likely to cost me more than I have inherited just to get this case to court? Does anyone have experience of this type of litigation. inaquandary
