if i receive a widows pension
will that be taken into account if i file for bankrupcy

Yes - all income is taken into account, from every possible source.
To add to Ethel's answer, you have to provide an income and expenditure statement showing all your income and all your essential expenditure. The Official Receiver then disucsses this with you after you are made bankrupt, and may disallow somw of the expenditure if he/she does not consider it essential or is too high. If you then have a surplus of of income over expenditure of �100 per month or more you have to make payments towards your creditors for 3 years.
