I have a friend who thinks a male collegue is taking pictures of her at work on his mobile phone. She is sure that he is, and it's been going on everyday for about a week. She doesn't want to confront him because she doesn't really know him but she doesn't know what to do. If she told the boss i doubt he would be able to check the man's phone so i have no clue what to suggest. Any ideas?

when i thought he was doing it i would say in a jokey manner "what are you photographing"? and take it out of his hand
That would constitute harrasment and invasion of privacy. If the boss couldn't - or wouldn't - deal with it, then I'm sure the police would. I would involve someone she trusts to watch him too in an effort to make sure and then take it from there. The boss has a duty of care, and strictly speaking has to act if it causing distress or worry. If the simple answer is the check the phone check it. Any photo's, do something, none at all, just apologise.
