I bought a printer about 4 months ago from a well known pc store, its now gone wrong i cannot find receipt and searching online bank records do not go back as far as that, what can i do please?

Your bank can go back over 7 years so i suggest you contact them and ask for them to search for the payment.

Many stores ask for your name and address now when you purchase a large-ish product - can you recall giving this information and if so then go back to the store and ask them to search their records.
