my daughter n dad are british citizens by birth. i myself visit England quite often but is still a visitor. do u think if i apply for leave to remain i could get it without being married.

It depends on wuite a few things.

Go to www.ukvisas.co.uk and enter Family Members in the search box. This will take you to all the info you need regarding the requirements under the Immigration Rules.
