Is it legal to use your maiden name on your driving licence and your married name on a passport? Also can you use you maiden name on one bank account and your married name on another. thanks.

why would you want to,the police would think it funny.
You can use any name you choose, but you should only use one name.

You will cause all sorts of difficulties for yourself and maybe your family if you use more than one.
