myself, my boyfriend and boyfriends sister bought a house in 1993, we are all registered proprietors and the proprietorship register has no restrictions.

are we joint tenants, or tenants in common? also we are all trustees of the 'will' left for us.

Contact the Land Registry to find out whether you are Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common. Presumably, as there are 3 of you, it would be Tenants in Common though - although I would certainly check.

Your question relating to the Will is a little ambiguous - do you mean that property was left to you all in a Will?
you are almost certainly tenants in common

erm the last sentence doesnt make much sense. You are almost certainly beneficiaries and not trustees of a will, if you mean that the will left you the property.
Err no, you are presumed to be joint tenants. If you were Tenants in Common there would be restriction on the register preventing a sale of the property by the survivor, without the appointment of someone else to act with them.

Likewise I do not understand the reference to the "will"
