Recovering Files on Pocket PC (HP Ipaq 2210, Win Mob 2003)

Can anyone help with recovering files on my Ipaq. The device was inadvertantly hard-reset, and has lost some files from the 'my documents' folder. I have used the Ipaq Backup to restore from my last backup but this did not restore the files (because for some unkown reason it had not backed up the 'my documents' folder, even though it normally does!!!).

Is there some way of scanning the RAM on the device to restore the files?

Any help greatly appreciated.
