I'm due to be made redundant next July from the army and was charged with ABH at the start of the year. i was attacked and punched in the faces but in self defence i punch and kick him in the face. it was freak incident and out of character. i know i shouldn't have kicked him in the face, but i stand to lose my redundancy money and be kicked out of the army if i get a suspended sentence. i have three kids and owe out a lot of money in store card and loans... would the courts still go ahead with the suspended sentence. or would they impose a big fine ?
