Waitrose are currently running a TV advert for milk and it's advertising the milk at X.XX for 4 pints. No mention of litres. Is this illegal?

If it is every pub/hotel/licensed property is breaking the law ....... half a litre 'o' bitter just doesn't sound right :)
Not as far as I'm aware, I'm sure the UK have been allowed by the EU (very kind of them) to keep pints for milk and beer, at least for the time being.
Most if not all the supermarkets sell milk in 4 pint containers. The label gives the metric as well - 2.27 litres. What's wrong with that?
