Need Help With A Ssdi Spouse Benefits

I am 58 and am reading i cant receive survivor benefits from my husband because I am not 60 yet.
He just passed, we were married almost 31 years.
I am unable to work, but was denied disability.
It doesn't seem fair that ex, parents, children, etc can get it, but not wife who isn't quite 60 yet.

Have you looked at claiming Bereavement Support Payments?
