Can A Skin Graft Fail After Seven Weeks?

Hi everyone, so I had a skin graft done on my forearm 7 weeks ago now. It was healing fine with just a couple of small spots if over granulation left to heal. Then suddenly blisters started to appear with the skin coming off as the dressing came off. My wound has gone from being 90% healed to about 40% healed. I'm due to go back to the dr in a few days but I'm worried they're going to suggest more surgery. What do you think the chances of needing another graft are?

At 7 weeks the skin graft has taken ( been accepted) or not.

It doesn't look good for your graft. I think you may need further surgery.
